Say hi to Pofman! You might have seen him already when you enjoyed our mini pancakes in London, Edinburgh, Dubai, Dresden or Milan recently. He is named after the Dutch word for mini pancakes, poffertjes, and he is our new best friend from now on. We hope he will be yours as well!
This charming little fella is the result of the collaboration between the Mini Pancakes team and Sicco Kingma. He is an artist based in Amsterdam and works as painter, photographer, graphic designer, sculptor, animation artist and developer of multimedia concepts and merchandising. 52 episodes of his brainchild the animated tv-series Bamboo Bears were sold to 52 countries.
